Global LiveStream Meditation event at the Energy Lounge.

With Leland Holgate. Leland Holgate, founder of The Wilfull Warrior movement! The education portion will be about 30 minutes long, and Leland, who is a neuroscientist, will prepare our community for the meditation work that follows.

Leland will then lead us all through a global meditation, filled with healing breath work, and heart activation then we will send love to the planet to promote world peace.This will be a next level meditation experience!
