Sacred Nourishment, Aligning Food Energy & The Divine Within, is designed to awaken us to start nourishing ourselves through intuition & a connection to our living environment versus meal plans and outsourcing more of our sacred abilities in this realm.

Ashley builds a beautiful bridge between the 5D & 3D, harnessing the sacred energy found in food as the muse. Ashley has a new (also ancient) approach to eating. She uses spiritual sciences to inspire the audience to build a stronger connection to the energy found in food. All plants have a unique vibration that is here to support us living in abundant health & vitality.

Ashley will also lead the global meditation. We are doing a personal favorite of ours called The Meditation On Twin Hearts!
